Jestaine Marrie Olsen

Jestaine Marrie (Jessie) Olsen, 25 of Sioux City passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2012 from injuries resulting from an automobile accident near Smithland, IA. A family and friends sharing time will be at 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 6, 2012 at Becker-Hunt Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 9:00 until 11:00 A.M. Monday at the funeral home. Jessie was born January 21, 1987 in Mason City, Iowa the daughter of Shawn Michael and Holly L. (Bunkofske) Olsen. She graduated from Westwood High School in 2005. She received her paralegal degree from Western Iowa Tech and was presently employed at Alorica. She was a beloved best mom for her daughter Addison. She loved to shop for purses, shoes, jewelry and cleaning supplies. She had a Marilyn Monroe Collection. Survivors include a daughter: Addison Anderson, whose father Jamie Anderson also died in the accident., her father Shawn Olsen of Sioux City, her mother Holly Miller of Salix, IA, two brothers: Brandon Olsen of Sioux City and Hunter Olsen of Mason City, IA, five sisters: Miranda Jones and Melessa Miller both of Boone, IA, Aspen Olsen of Mason City, IA, Autumn Olsen of Mason City, IA, Taylor Sirovatka of Merrill, IA, her grandparents: Patricia Lauck and Lynn and Barbara Sirovatka, and her stepfather who raised her: Scott Sirovatka. She was preceded in death by a brother: Kevin Richard Thompson and her grandfather Darold Bunkofske.
