Nettie N. "Tut" Chamberlain

Nettie N. (Tut) Chamberlain, 90 of South Sioux City, formerly of Winnebago, Nebraska passed away Saturday, June 2, 2012 in a South Sioux City Care Center. Services will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at Becker – Hunt Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Stevens officiating. Graveside services will be in the Omaha Valley Cemetery, rural Homer, Nebraska. Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Nettie was born June 6, 1921 in Winnebago, Nebraska the daughter of Harry and Ada C. (Londrosh) Chamberlain. She graduated from Winnebago High School. She was employed at various jobs in the Siouxland area and retired as dispatcher from the Winnebago Fire and Police Departments. She was a Presbyterian. Survivors include her sister Ada and her husband Don Mahrt of Omaha, several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and three sisters. Pallbearers will be Joseph and John Hauswald, Benny Bridge, Steve Mahrt, Benjamin Bridge, Jr. and Brian Chamberlain.
