Melvin Stockton, 77 of Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Homer, Nebraska, died Monday July 23, 2012, Las Vegas. Memorial services were held in Las Vegas on Saturday, July 28, 2012. Graveside services will be Saturday, August 11, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. in Omaha Valley Cemetery, Homer, Nebraska with the Rev. Randy Rasmussen officiating. Melvin is survived by his wife Dorothy, brothers: Earl Stockton and Lewis Stockton, sisters: Marge Gullickison and Mary Stockton, his daughters: Vicki Lazoff and Stacy Clayton, stepdaughters: Michelle Dugan, Dena Dugan, Beth Parks and Terry Lousignont, stepson Tony Duvall, 16 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Becker – Hunt Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements in Nebraska.
