Lillie E. Dietrich

Lillie E. Dietrich, 90, Akron, Iowa, formerly of South Sioux City, Nebraska, passed away Monday, August 20, 2012, at the Akron, Iowa Care Center. Lillie was born July 21, 1922, in Bancroft, Nebraska the daughter of Fred W. and Minna S. (Leimer) Dietrich. She lived in Bancroft and Lincoln, Nebraska before moving to South Sioux City in 1976. She was employed at I.B.P. for fourteen years. She was a member of First Lutheran Church in South Sioux City. She moved to Akron, Iowa in 2008. She is survived by her son Charles and his wife Marlene Dietrich of Akron, Iowa, three grandchildren: Abby, Marty and Wes and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters: Leona Schleusemer and Alice Harms. Honoring Lillie’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
