Winnifred E. (High) Mansour

Winnifred E. (High) Mansour, 73 of South Sioux City died Friday, February 15, 2013 at a Sioux City Hospital. Graveside services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday in Memorial Park Cemetery. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church in South Sioux City with the Rev. Stephen Niles officiating. Becker – Hunt Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Winnifred was born March 9, 1939 in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Paul Milton and Alberta (Miller) High. She graduated from South Sioux City High School in 1957. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and the Rebecca Circle in South Sioux City. She enjoyed her family which was very important to her. Survivors include her daughter: Cathy High of Colorado Springs, CO, a granddaughter: Christine Smith of Ponca, NE, three grandsons: David Mellick of Wayne, NE, Stephen and Robert Mellick both of Trophy Club, TX, and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother: Paul High.
