Sandra Sue (Fredrickson) Ibsgaard

Sandra Sue (Fredrickson) Ibsgaard, 62 of Sioux City passed away Friday, March 8, 2013 at a Sioux City Hospital. Services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday at Crossroads Evangelical Church in South Sioux City with the Rev. Clyde Pritchett officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00A.M. until service time Friday at the church. Sandra was born May 25, 1950 in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Arnold and Maxine (Blair) Fredrickson. She married Robert W. Ibsgaard on April 29, 1967 in Sioux City. Survivors include three sons: Jason and his wife Suzanne VanThuyne of Sergeant Bluff, IA, Jeremy VanThuyne of Sioux City and Alfred VanThuyne, Jr. of Lawton, IA, a daughter: Theresa Ibsgaard of Sioux City, IA, a brother and his wife: Donald and Helen Fredrickson of Lawton, IA, two sisters: Linda and her husband Robert Lange of Portage, Indiana and Elizabeth Ann Bunny of Louisiana, her best friend Diane Crosgrove of Sioux City, six grandchildren and her husband Robert of Sioux City. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son David Ibsgaard, a sister: Vicki Lynn Fredrickson and a longtime companion Alfred VanThuyne, Sr.
