Donald Lee Moorman, 78 of South Sioux City passed away Sunday, April 7, 2013 at his residence. Services will be 7:00 P.M. Wednesday and Becker-Hunt Funeral Home. Abiding by his wishes the body was cremated. Donald was born November 9, 1934 in Winnebago, Nebraska the son of Henry B. and Olga (Juzsk) Moorman. He was a mechanical foreman for the Chicago-Northwestern Railroad for over thirty years before retiring in 1998. Survivors include his son: Dean Moorman of Nevada, two daughters: Priscilla and her husbad Michael Mann of South Sioux City and Debra and her husband Richard Merchant of South Sioux City, a brother: Paul and Jolene Moorman of Washington, three sisters: Elfrieda Shields of Holton, Kansas, Bonnie and her husband Jim Countryman of Moville, Iowa and Elaine Palmer of South Sioux City, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: Henry and Ed and two stepsisters: Mary Watson and Rose Moorman.
