Judy A. Tighe, 71 of South Sioux City passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at a Sioux City Hospital. Services will be 7 P.M. Friday at Becker – Hunt Fumneral Home in South Sioux City with the Rev. Ryan Johnson, pastor of the Living Water Evangelcal Free Church officiating. Private family graveside services will be at a later date. Visitation at the funeral home will begin at 5 p.m. Friday. Judy was born May 19, 1942, in Sioux City the daughter of Earl L. and Leoma (Gregg) Kellogg. She married Terry R. Tighe August 25, 1962 in Dakota City. She was employed at I.B.P., Old Home Bakery in South Sioux City, American Cleaners and retired from the lunch program at the South Sioux City Schools. Survivors include her husband Terry, a son Randy L. Tighe of South Sioux City, a brother Earl Kellogg of Mapleton, Iowa, two sisters: Bernice Ballantyne of South Sioux City and Chery Starin of Denison, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother and a sister Lucille Knutson.
