Patrick L. Krumwiede, 60 of South Sioux City died Tuesday, December 2, 2014 of natural causes at his residence. Services will be 7:30 P.M. Wednesday at Becker – Hunt Funeral Home with the Rev. Kelley Pedersen officiating. Patrick Lynn Krumwiede was born July 2, 1954 in Sioux City, Iowa the son of Richard L. and Betty (Wilson) Krumwiede. After graduation from high school, he served in the U.S. Army from July 20, 1972 until his honorably discharged on April 21, 1975. He was formerly employed in tool and die at Detroit Diesel Allison in Indianapolis. He was a resident of South Sioux City for many years. He enjoyed riding his Harley and raising pit bulls. Survivors include two daughters and their husbands: Missy (Dave) Winebrinner, Heather (Danny) Brooks, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren, siblings: Frank Wagner, Robert Wagner and Lila Crosgrove. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Michael Krumwiede. Some nick named him Santa as he was a big jolly man with a white beard
