Arthur B. Bennett

  Arthur B. Bennett, 54 of South Sioux City died Sunday March 8, 2015 in rural Homer, Nebraska.           Abiding with his wishes the body has been cremated and a memorial service will be 7 P.M. Friday at Becker – Hunt Funeral Home with Rev. Merrill Mueller officiating.           Visitation with the family will be from 6 P.M. Friday until service time at the funeral home.           Arthur Bergstrom Bennett was born September 16, 1960 in Sioux City the son of James R. Karen R. (Shanrock) Witzka. He graduated from a Sioux City High School.           He married Lana L. Halstad December 23, 2014.       Survivors include his wife Lana, two sons: Daniel and his wife Laurinda Bennett and Jeremy Bennett all of Sioux City, a daughter Ciera Halstad of South Sioux City, his step-father James Witzka of Sioux City, a brother Bryan Witzka of Sioux City, three sisters: Stacey Ortiz, Cathy White and Bernice Nava all of Sioux City.           He was preceded in death by his mother and a brother Dale White.
