Norma M. Stoffer, 91 of Sioux City passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at a Sioux City Care Center. Services will be 11:00 P.M. Monday at Becker – Hunt funeral Home in South Sioux City with the Rev. Carol Jean Stapleton officiating. Burial will be Logan Park Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral homer. Following the service at the cemetery, there will be a lunch and gathering with the family at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in South Sioux City. Norma was born March 12, 1924, in South Sioux City the daughter of Vernon I. and Blanche E. (Lewis) Russell. She graduated from high school She married Albert R. Stoffer, May 21, 1971 in Elk Point, South Dakota. She was employed various department stores in the area before retiring. Survivors include a daughter Verna and her husband David Frigge of Sioux City, a son Steve Sweisberger of Sioux City, six grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson. Pallbearers will be Rusty, Adam and Joe Frigge, Bobby, Skyler and Jesse Sweisberger.
