Caroline M. Bell

Caroline M. Bell 76 of South Sioux City passed away Friday November 27, 2015 at a South Sioux City Care Center.           Memorial services will be 3:00 P.M. Friday at Becker – Hunt Funeral Home with Chaplain Mark Westrich officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service at the funeral home.           Caroline Maryann Moes was born July 24, 1939 in Randolph, Nebraska the daughter of Harold A. and Ruth M. (Ernst) Moes. She graduated from South Sioux City High School. She married Gene Raymond Bell in 1964.           She was formerly employed at Younker, Willeges, Elf’s Manufacturing, and the South Sioux City School lunch program.           Bell loved to bake and spending time with her grandkids.           Survivors include two daughters: Joanie and her husband Steve Petronis of Sloan, IA, Kimberly Bell of South Sioux City, two brothers: Harold and his wife Jeanette Moes of Homer, NE, William Moes of Dakota City, NE, a sister Kay and her husband Terry Minor of South Sioux City, NE, five grandchildren: Devon and Nicholas Bell, Dustin, Luke and Bryce Petronis.             She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Gene on October 18, 1970 near Jackson, Nebraska.           In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to the family for distribution or the cancer center.
