Terry Markham

Terry R. Markham 76 of Dakota City passed away Wednesday March 30, 2016 at a Sioux City Hospital.           Services will be 7 P.M. Monday April 4, 2016 at the Dakota City United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gina Gile officiating. Burial will be at a later date in the Dakota City Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church prior to service time. Becker – Hunt Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.           Terry was born May 3, 1939 in Jackson, Nebraska.           Terry was known as the can man of Dakota City for collecting cans and recycling them. He enjoyed visiting with the people of Dakota City. Survivors include his care givers the Hilsinger family and the residents of Dakota City.           Memorials may be directed to the Dakota City United Methodist Church or the charity of your choice.
