Michelle Lee Koch

Michelle Koch, 48 of Dakota City, Nebraska passed away in her home on Saturday, October 15, 2016.    Memorial services will be 2 P. M. Friday, October 21, 2016 at Cross Roads Evangelical Church, 920 West 21st Street, South Sioux City, Nebraska, with Rev. Clyde O. Pritchett officiating. Interment will be at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in South Sioux City, Nebraska. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the church. Becker – Hunt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.    Michelle was born on January 21, 1968 in Sioux City, IA to Pam and Doug Simmons. She Graduated from Briar Cliff College in Sioux City, Iowa. Michelle worked as an addiction counselor and enjoyed arts, crafts, photography and traveling with her family. Michelle’s faith and compassion was an inspiration to all.    Left to cherish her memory is her son Adam and her loving husband, Richard; parents Doug and Pam Simmons; sister Melissa (Jack) Zimmerman and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Virgil and Fern Simmons; and Russell and Dotty Johnson
