Barbara Kay Hess

   Barbara Kay Hess, 73 of South Sioux City died Tuesday, March 7, 2017 in the Lyons Living Center, Lyons, Nebraska.     Respecting Barbara’s request, there will be no services. There will be a private burial with Becker – Hunt Funeral Home in charge.     Barbara was born September 25, 1943, the daughter of Lawrence and Marie E. (Hein) Hess. She graduated from high school and attended college for two years. She was a licensed electrolysis at the time of her retirement. She never married.     She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and did volunteer work for the church.      Barbara is survived by her special friends: Randall and Sandi Dunlap and neighbors and other friends.
