Gregoria Lopez-De Rodriguez

Gregoria Lopez De Rodriguez of South Sioux City passed away Friday, June 2, 2017 at Mercy Medical Center. Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church with the Reverend David Fulton officiating. Burial will be at St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. on Wednesday at St. Michael's Catholic Church. Becker – Hunt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Gregoria was born May 8, 1943 in Mexico the daughter of Antonio and Maria Del Refugio (Martinez) Lopez. Gregoria married Ismael Rodriguez on May 14, 1960 in Mexico where they began raising their family. Gregoria and Ismael moved their family to South Sioux City in 1991 where she continued caring for her family. Gregoria is survived by her husband Ismael Rodriguez of South Sioux City, five sons and their wives, Guillermo Rodriguez of San Jose, CA, Gabriel (Mercedes) Rodriguez, Adolfo (Maria) Rodriguez, Gustavo (Carolina) Rodriguez, Jose (Celia) Rodriguez all of South Sioux City, three daughters and their husbands Marta (Florentin) Amador of South Sioux City, Raquel (Ramon) Garcia of Mexico, Maria (Leonardo) Ramirez of South Sioux City, Daughter-in-law Maria Padilla Rodriguez, 29 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Gregoria was preceded in death by her parents, two sons Uriel and Jose Luis, one daughter Gloria, one brother and one sister.
