Betty J. Guldhammer

Betty Joan Guldhammer, 80 of South Sioux City passed away Saturday, September 9, 2017 at her home. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 P.M. Thursday at Becker – Hunt Funeral Home. Following the visitation the body will be cremate and a private interment will be at a later date. Betty was born December 14, 1936 in Iowa City, Iowa the daughter of George W. and Marie (Fredricks) Kunch. She married Allan L. Guldhammer August 5, 1974 in Green Mountain, Iowa. The couple made their home in Marshalltown, Iowa until moving to South Sioux City in 1975. She is survived by her husband Allan, three daughter: Vickie Sells of LA Grand, IA, Dee Ann Sells of Aurora, Co, Sandra Collins of Sacrament, CA, a son David Guldhammer of South Sioux City, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, a brother Dick (Ruth) Kunch of Marshalltown, IA, and a sister-in-law Kathryn Kunch. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son Marvin Sells, a brother Bud Kunch, and three sisters: Ellen Kimmery, Violet Lake and Lillian Linnburg.
