Billy Wayne Powell

Billy Wayne Powell, 74 of South Sioux City passed away peacefully Monday December 11, 2017 at his residence. Respecting Billy’s request, the body will be cremated and there will be no funeral service. Billy was born November 3, 1943 in Sioux City the son of Claude A. and Lillie M. (French) Powell. He was employed as a farm laborer and commercial truck driver before his retirement. He is survived by three sons, a brother, a sister, and grandchildren. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, a son and a brother.
