Karen Kay Waddell

   Karen Kay Waddell passed away Saturday June 23, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday June 26, 2018 at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel with the Rev. Martha Anderson of Trimble United Methodist Church officiating. Visitation will be Monday June 25, 2018 from 4 till 8 p.m. with the family present from 6 till 8 p.m. and prayer service at 7:00 p.m. all at the funeral home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
   Karen Kay was born July 8, 1944 in Sioux City the daughter of Clyde and Hollis (Goss) Savage. She attended Sioux City Community School. She Married Eugene “Gene” Waddell July 12, 1962 in Sioux City Iowa. Karen was a house wife taking care of their home and one daughter Rhonda. She enjoyed attending ball games, spending time with family, clipping coupons.
   Karen is survived by her husband; Gene, fur babies Ebby, Daisy, daughter; Rhonda (Jeff) Hall, grandchildren Megan (Justin) Nippert and great grand puppy (Lilly), Trevor Hall, sisters; Janet Monk, Mary (Jack) Campbell, brother; John (Carmen) Mayfield.
   She was preceded in death by her mother Hollis Savage, Father Clyde (Lillian) Savage, grandparents George (Roseabell) Savage, many brothers in law and sisters in law.         Memorial may be directed to Hospice of Siouxland.
