Sharon V. Seibold-Saul, 74, of Sioux City passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at her residence surrounded by family.
Abiding by Sharon's wishes, cremation will take place and services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Monday, April 16, 2018 at First Congregational Church of Christ. Burial will be at Heisler Cemetery in Mapleton, Iowa.
Sharon was born December 23, 1943 in Sioux City, Iowa, the daughter of George and Myrna (Kenney) Seibold. She graduated from Mapleton High School. Sharon married Frederick Saul and to this union, three children were born. The couple later divorced. She worked for JC Penney and as a prep cook for USA Steak Buffet.
Sharon enjoyed music, dancing, walking, and cross word puzzles, but her greatest love was spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and beloved pets.
Sharon is survived by her loving, devoted caretaker of 28 years, Michael Yanske; children: Susan (Moses) Saul-Green, Lisa Saul, and Michael (Audrey) Saul all of Sioux City; former son in law Rachune Williams; grandchildren: Sharon, Priscilla, Jevon, Sharaea, Moses, Marcus, Cherysh, Sean Williams, Brandon Williams, and Christian Williams; great grandchildren: Ryly, Camira, Khloee, Ryeeann, Brooklyn, Natalie, Esynce, Derrick Williams, and Dion Williams; siblings: Ronald Seibold, Rose Barnes, and David Seibold; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat “Ms. Kitty”.
She was preceded in death by her siblings: Bob Seibold, Barb Seibold, Donald Seibold, Artie Seibold, and Sylvia Fuller; brother in law Ronnie Barnes; and sister in laws Joyce Seibold, Sandy Seibold, and Florene Seibold.
