Javier Cheron, 26, passed away on January 10, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center, Sioux City, Iowa. He was born on November 20, 1991 in Sioux City, Iowa to Martha Hernandez and Santiago Cheron and was baptized in the Catholic faith. Javier grew up in Sioux City, attended school at Emerson Elementary, West Middle and West High School. He became an accomplished boxer and skilled soccer player. Family meant a lot to Javier, he loved his parents dearly and the times they spent together.
Javier is survived by his children Alexa and Javier at home; his mother Martha Hernandez of Sioux City and father Santiago Cheron of Le Mars, Iowa; sisters Janeth Cheron, Lizeth Cheron of Sioux City; Gabriela Martinez of Salix, Iowa; Ruth Cheron of SanBlas, Nay, Mexico; Santiago and Leonardo Cheron of Le Mars, Iowa Maternal Grandmother Simona Montes of Columbus, Nebraska; Girlfriend Hannah; many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services will be held in Sioux City and Novena will be held in SanBlas Nay Mexico.
