Andres I. Milian, Jr., 20 of Sioux City, passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2017 at Touchstone Living Center. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 4, 2018 at the Cathedral of the Epiphany with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. this evening Wednesday, January 3rd at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel with family present at 6:00 p.m. and a Vigil Service will begin at 7:00 p.m. Online condolences may be offered to the family at
www.meyerbroschapels.com Andres was born on June 18, 1997 in Sioux City to Andres I. and Liliana (Zavala) Milian Sr. He received his education in the Sioux City Public Schools, graduating with the Class of 2015 from East High. Andres was regarded by his family as their angel. He loved music, spending time with family, especially during outings.
Andres is survived by his father Andres I. Milian Sr. of South Sioux City, Nebraska; mother Liliana Milian of Sioux City, Iowa; sister Vianca M. Milian, and brother Marco A. Milian, both of South Sioux City, Nebraska; maternal grandmother Rosie Sanford of Sioux City, Iowa; paternal grandmother Adelaida Mendez of Gainsville, Georgia; and paternal grandfather Antonio Milian of Los Fresnos, Texas.
Andres was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Ricardo Luna Zavala.
