Jeremy B. Hebert, 40 of rural Akron, died Friday, October 6, 2017. A Memorial Service will be hosted by his wife at 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 20, 2017 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel with Reverend Merrill Muller officiating. www.meyerbroschapels.com Jeremy was born on February 13, 1977 in Sioux City to Louise D. and Charlotte (Barger) Hebert. He graduated from Akron-Westfield High School with the Class of 1995. Jeremy live in Westfield before moving to Akron in 2004. He married Becky Smith on August 21, 2004. Jeremy dairy farmed until 2011 at which time he and his wife scrapped iron and pushed snow. He was a member of the Mormon Church, enjoyed attending the Adaville United Methodist Church, and was a member of the Sioux City Masonic Lodge. Jeremy had a passionate interest in Chess and his four children.
Jeremy is survived by his wife Becky of rural Akron; children Kaden, Kyle, Karsen, and Kaylee; mother Charlotte, father Louise; two brothers; one sister; and two nephews.
Jeremy was preceded in death by John Smith, grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Barger, Mr. and Mrs. Hebert, and a niece Jenny Hebert.
Serving as Honorary Bearers will be Kaden, Kyle, and Karsen Hebert.
