Brian Link

Brian R. Link, 62, of Sioux City, died unexpectedly Monday, April 10, 2017, at a Sioux City hospital.

Brian was born Aug. 2, 1954, in Mclaughlin, SD. the son of Roy & Lorraine Link.  He was raised in Rapid City, SD and moved to Sioux City 1969, graduating from East High School 1972.  

He married Christine Evans in 1963 in Sioux City, IA and started their family, two sons, Steven Link, Corey Link and one daughter, Carissa Link, all of Sioux City.  He was employed by Jordan Millwork, Walensky Lumber and UBC.  

In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, woodworking and was an avid Iowa Hawkeyes fan.  

He proceeded in death by his father Roy Link and mother Lorraine Link.

Brian is survived by Christine Link of Davenport, Steven Link of Sioux City, Corey & Sarah (Dennehey) Link of Sioux City and Carissa Link, along with five grandchildren and one brother Brad Link, of Colorado.

As family wishes, no service are planned at this time.  Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel.
