Emery James Paquin, 2 year old son of James and Ali Paquin of St. Joseph, Mo and formerly of Sioux City passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, MO after a long hard fought illness.
Services will be at 5:00 P.M. Sunday at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City. Visitation with the family present will be from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M Sunday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to www.meyerbroschapels.com.
Emery was born July 12, 2014 in Kansas City, MO. The family was currently living in St. Joseph, MO.
Emery came into this world tiny, but mighty at 1lb 15oz. Although Emery encountered countless challenges, he never let it stifle his happiness. Emery didn’t like to spend time outside, but he always enjoyed a warm blanket, a good movie, and cuddling his stuffies. His time was short but his love was plentiful and Emery James will be deeply missed by friends and family.
Survivors include his parents James and Ali of St. Joseph, MO; a sister Ember at home; maternal grandmother Tammy Hogan of Sioux City; paternal grandparents Daniel and Judy Paquin of Sioux City; maternal great grandmother Shirley Hogan of Sioux City; paternal great grandparents James E. and Ruth H. Paquin of Greensboro, GA; a uncle and aunt David and Patricia Paquin and their children Daxton and Milah of Kansas City, MO; an aunt Crystal Paquin and her daughter Bailey of Sioux City.
Emery was preceded in death by his paternal great grandparents John and Kay Walsh and a great grandfather Robert Hogan.
