Judith Arlene Ashcraft, 73, of Sioux City passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017 at a local care center.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 16, 2017 at Nelson Berger Northside Chapel with Chaplain Lorna Peters officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Online condolences may be given at www.meyerbroschapels.com.
Judith was born August 8, 1943 in Sioux City, the daughter of Leo and Mary (Patrick) Loftus. She grew up in Lawton, Iowa and graduated from Lawton-Bronson High School. Judith married Glenn Ashcraft on May 24, 1991.
Judith worked at St. Luke’s Hospital in the housekeeping department for 25 years. She enjoyed playing darts and bingo.
Survivors include her husband Glenn of Sioux City, daughters: Mary Ulmer, Judy (Phil) Towry, Alicia Godden, Elizabeth (Brian) Culver, and Kelly (Bob) Anbach; fifteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and brothers: Jim, Jay, Bill, and Robert.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers Don and John.
