Timothy H. Ewing, 55, of Sioux City passed away Monday, January 09, 2017 at a local hospital.
Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, January 13, 2017 at Nelson Berger Northside Chapel. Visitation with the family present will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. and a time of remembrance at 7:00 P.M. Thursday, January 12, 2017 at the funeral home.
Tim was born February 25, 1961 in San Bernadino, CA the son of Richard and Rhodora (Still) Ewing. Tim married Donna Jasper on February 21, 1981 in Sioux City. He joined the Army National Guard from 1980-1989. Tim was a lifelong employee of St. Luke’s Hospital.
He was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan and enjoyed fishing, but his greatest love was spending time with his grandkids.
Survivors include his wife Donna Ewing; mother Rhodora Ewing of Sioux City; children: Shannon Ewing and Brandi Franke of Sioux City and Ryan Ewing of Omaha, NE; grandchildren: Taylor, Austin, Cierra, Karley, Skyler, Abby, Gracie, and Averie; and a great granddaughter Zoey; Eight Brothers; and Two Sisters. He was preceded in death by his father and one brother.
