Jeannie Hoffman

Jeannie Hoffman, 55, of Sioux City, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at her home. Memorial services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2016, at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Jeannie M., daughter of Robert and Marilyn (Eschleman) Hoffman was born July 10, 1961, in Sioux City, Iowa. She grew up in Riverside and attended Riverside schools. Jeannie waitressed at various restaurants in the Sioux City area.

She enjoyed fishing, listening to music, and watching football and baseball on television, especially the Cubs. Jeannie was very sweet and kind, and cherished the time spent with her family and grandchildren.

Jeanie is survived by: her husband of 40 years, Randy Baker; two daughters Rebecca Hoffman and Sarah Hoffman; six grandchildren: Joshua, Amara, Jayden, Skylin, Eric and Dylan; her father Robert Hoffman; a sister Betty Hoffman; a brother Tom Hoffman; and by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Marilyn Hoffman and a sister Susan Baker.
