Anthony Randall Lewis

Tony Lewis, 50, passed away unexpectedly Dec 1st at St. Lukes Hospital in Sioux City. 

A memorial service will be held at the Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel at 27th and Hamilton Blvd in Sioux City on Monday, Dec 5th at 6pm.  Friends who wish to attend and speak are welcome to come.

Pastor Jeff Swanson of St. John’s Lutheran Church will preside.

Tony was born July 28, 1968 in Roswell, NM.  Growing up he moved to Rochester MN, Tulsa OK and to Sioux City, IA.  Tony graduated Sioux City North High School in 1984.  Tony worked for Touchstone Senior Living Center and was known to many in the community for his work as a host at the Sioux City Country Club.   Tony married Julie Jensen of Sioux City on May 10th, 1997.  He is survived by his wife Julie (Jensen) and son John and his mother Renate Gellatly, all of Sioux City, and by his brother Erik Lewis of Peachtree City GA. 

Tony is preceded in death by his father this past June 25th.
