Debra Lynn Hesse

Debra Lynn Hesse, 60 of Sioux City passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at a Sioux City hospital.

There will be a memorial service at 4:30 P.M. Saturday at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Pastor Donna Smith will officiate. Visitation with the family present will be from 3:00 – 4:30 P.M. Saturday at the funeral home. Online condolences may be sent to www.meyerbroschapels.com.

Debra was born December 5, 1955 in Los Angeles, CA. She graduated from Orange County High School in Orange County, CA. Debra began working for the Easter Seals at the age of 13 and then worked for Mid-Step Services and Goodwill Industries for about 25 years.

She married Byran Hesse May 31, 1986 in Las Vegas, NV.

Debra was an avid reader and enjoyed coloring adult coloring books.

Survivors include her husband Byran Hesse of Sioux City, IA; 5 children: Tiffany Scott (Charlie) of Sioux City, Sara Ruppe (Shane) of Boiling Springs, SD, Joe Ross of Seattle, WA, Tim Hesse (Kelli) of Sioux City, Kati Ross of Sioux City; her mother: Ruth Warren of Sioux City; her sisters and brother: Rebecca Warren of Sioux City, Ruthie Warren of Manteca, CA, Michael Warren (Jennifer) of Hartford, Al; 9 grandchildren.

Debra was preceded in death by her father Wilmont Warren and her aunts Donna Campbell and Jeanne Lilly.
