Sioux City, IA – Susie Luesebrink, 46, of Sioux City, IA died Friday, November 11, 2016, at Nebraska Medicine Hospital in Omaha.

Funeral services will be 4 p.m., Friday, November 18, 2016, at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel in Sioux City with Rev. Scott Squires of Crescent Park United Methodist Church officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation will be from 3 to 4 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.

Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
