Inocente J. Hernandez, 77, of Sioux City, died Tuesday, Oct. 11, 2016, at a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be 9 a.m. Saturday at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be 8 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
