David Alan Noll, 73, of Sioux City, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2016 at the VA Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.
Private family services and burial will be held under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.
David was born on a farm outside of Arthur, IA on August 24, 1943 to Harl and Mildred (Thevenot) Noll. He married Marilyn Courtright on April 3, 1970. He retired from structural drafting on September 6, 2016.
David is survived by his wife of 46 years, Marilyn; daughters Debra Manning of Mesa, AZ; Brenda (Chris) Noll-Norvell of Sioux City; sons David (Patricia) Manning of Buffalo, NY; Bryan Noll and special friend Lisa Wise of Sioux City; six grandchildren, Austin, Whitney, Brylee, and Brayden Noll, Benjamin, and Kathryn Manning, and one great-grandchild, Jayce Noll; brother-in-law Gary (Barbara) Courtright of Edwards, IL; one uncle, two aunts, a niece, a nephew, and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; infant brother, Dallas; brother Richard; and his mother and father-in-law.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Noah’s Hope Animal Rescue, Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, or Shesler Hall.
