Sioux City, IA – Melissa M. Holdgrafer, 46, died September 6, 2016, at her residence.
Memorial services will be 6 pm, Friday, September 9, 2016 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel with Rev. Patricia Johnson, Deacon St. Thomas Episcopal Church officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Melissa, daughter of Melvin Jay Graves and Karen Craig, was born May 30, 1970 at Portland, OR. She grew up in Sioux City and graduated from North High.
Melissa enjoyed crafts, antiques and shopping. She had a great respect for older people. She will be remembered as a very compassionate person and always a ball of energy.
She is survived by her mother, Karen Craig; one daughter, Tianna McCullough; one grandson, Aiden McCullough; grandmother, Mary Craig; one sister, Lacey Friis and husband Ryan; one sister-in-law, Michelle Graves; five nephews and two nieces.
Melissa was preceded in death by her father; husband, Ronald Holdgrafer; grandparents: Melvin and Dixie Graves and William Craig; and one brother, Danny Graves.
