Inez Ruth Dobbs, the daughter of Lindley and Myrtle (Borg) Bressler, was born on Aug. 8, 1928, in Wakefield, Nebraska, and graduated from Wakefield High School. She married Renrick Eugene Dobbs on July 14, 1946, in Elk Point, South Dakota. Her career as a bookkeeper took her to many businesses including Roe Dairy in Sioux City.
