Jerome K. Bekish

Jerome K. Bekish, 62, of Sioux City passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2016 at his home in Sioux City. There will be a memorial service at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home. Jerome was born on December 19, 1953 in Sioux City to Anthony and Mary (Stanek) Bekish. He graduated from East High School.

He enjoyed lifting weights, exercising, going for walks and visiting the library to read books.

Jerome is survived by his brother Jim (Anita) Bekish of Sergeant Bluff, IA.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
