Nancy Lou Certain

Nancy Lou Certain, 61, of Sioux City passed away on Friday, April 08, 2016 at Hallmark Care Center. Per her wishes, her body was cremated. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at Southern Hills Baptist Church. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel. Nancy was born on December 16, 1954 in Vermillion, SD to Herman and Leona (Lane) Holmes. She graduated from Vermillion High School. She worked for many years making Pepsi Bottles and later worked for Gelita.

She enjoyed horseback riding and was a member of Southern Hills Baptist Church.

Nancy is survived by her son Johnathon (Anna) Certain of Sioux City; 4 grandchildren and her brother Mike (Linda “Kitty”) Holmes of Elk Point, SD.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
