Donna M. Bearden

Donna Marie Bearden of Le Mars, IA died Wednesday, March 16th, 2016 in her home.    

Her body was cremated. No services are planned at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.

Donna, the daughter of Edith and Wood Haviland, was born January 2nd 1923, in Sioux City. She was a lifelong resident of Sioux City until her husband of 60 years passed away. She then moved to Le Mars, IA to be closer to family.

She Married Virgil Bearden on Feb. 9, 1946, in Sioux City. She worked for Windcharger and Younkers. She loved spending time with family and going on vacation.

Survivors include her son Larry (Sandy, friend) Olson of Sioux Falls, S.D.; a daughter Vicki Denekas (Gene Haring, friend) of Le Mars, IA.; Daughter-in-law Ann Olson of Lake Worth, FL.; grandkids and great grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, all sibling, husband Virgil Bearden, a son Daniel Olson, a granddaughter, grandson and great granddaughter.
