Edna L. Rosengartner, 83, of South Sioux City passed away Thursday, March 10, 2016 at a local hospital.

Edna was born November 12, 1932 in South Sioux City, NE, the daughter of Glen and Helen (Treadway) Dobney.
She is survived by her daughter Debbie and her husband Mick Montagne of South Sioux City and a son Rodney Darrow and his wife Patt of Tucson, AZ; four grandchildren: Travis Bowman of Sioux City, IA, Shannon Lee of Tucson, AZ, Tom Darrow of Tucson, AZ, and Chris and her husband Brett Riblett of Richmond, TX; 4 great grandchildren: Alexa Riblett, Vincent and Samantha Lee, and Timothy Chafin; and a great great grandchild Jayla Lee of Tucson, AZ; four sisters Norma Troge of Hemet, CA, Betty Prosser of South Sioux City, NE, June Clark of Lodi, CA and Fran (Pete) Martensen of Onawa, IA; two brothers Charles Dobney of Gallatin, TN and Dan (Bev) Dobney of Vermillion, SD.
She was preceded in death by her husband Maurice Rosengartner, her parents Glen and Helen; a sister Dorothy Hansen and a brother Jim Dobney.
