Richard Nooney, 89, of Sioux City passed away on Wednesday, March 02, 2016 at his home in Sioux City. Per his wishes, his body will be cremated and private graveside services will be held in the Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel.
