John Walz

John Walz passed away surrounded by his family at a Sioux City nursing home Wednesday February 17, 2016.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday February 20, 2016 at Whitfield United Methodist Church with the Rev. Liz Tucker officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the church.

John was born March 25, 1967 in Rapid City South Dakota the son of Don and Andrea (Shook) Walz.

John loved listening to music, collecting toy cars, coloring and drawing but his greatest joy was being around and visiting with family and friends while enjoying a cup of coffee or Diet Coke. John will be always remembered as a bit of a flirt with the ladies.

John was a member of Whitfield United Methodist Church.

John is survived by his parents, brother James Walz and three sisters Joanne Bay, Jewell Hayes and Janet Cross. Aunts and Uncles and 12 nieces and nephews Dominic, Meaghan, Desmond, Manie, Donavan, Denzel, Mariha, Shantel, Travon, Kaylie, Jennifer and John. 10 great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
