Jeffrey Dicus, Jr.

Jeff Dicus Jr., age 38, of Sioux City, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016, in Sioux City. Memorial services will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, January 16, 2016, at Nelson Berger Northside Chapel, where his family will greet friends after 12 noon. Jeffrey Joe Dicus Jr. was born November 29, 1977, in Sioux City, Iowa. He grew up in Sioux City and attended school at Hunt Elementary, Woodrow Wilson Middle, and North High Schools. He then worked in the construction business.

Jeff had a wonderful sense of humor and a big heart. He loved being around kids and playing his guitar.

Survivors include: his father Jeffrey Dicus Sr.; a daughter Paige Dicus; two sons: Joshua Dicus and Jeffrey Dicus III; numerous siblings; Jeff Lalumndre; Bobbie Joe Dicus; Dustin Duncan; Selina; Amber Robinson; Zachariah Dicus; Beau Dicus; Rochelle Dicus; James Bata; Sunday Clark; Jeanine Cole and Timmy Bata.

He was preceded in death by a brother Joey Appel; a sister Sunhine; his grandma Irene Dicus who raised him and his great-grandma Viola Bergstadt.
