Patricia Ann Schultz, 65, of South Sioux City, NE passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family. Per her request, she will be cremated and there will be no services. Patricia was born on August 4, 1950 in Sioux City to Frank and Rachel (Bata) Lascala. She was united in marriage to David Schultz on September 1, 1973 in Sioux City.

She is survived by her husband David Schultz of South Sioux City, NE; daughters Tina Tracy of WA; Dana (KR) LaRue of Crescent, OK; Tereasa (Rich) Whitney of WA; and Mary Schultz of WA; mother Rachel Lascala of Sioux City; grandchildren Nicholas (Loren) Bubb; Landon and Logan LaRue; Berkley and Ezekiel Whitney; and Alia Carlson; brothers Frank (April) Lascala of Sioux City; Robert (Mary) Lascala of Superior, WI; sisters Rena (Frank) Merchant of Omaha, NE; and Carla Ellis of TX.

She was preceded in death by her father Frank Lascala.
