Lucille Moore, 101, of Sioux City passed away Monday December 21, 2015 at a Sioux City nursing home.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday December 26, 2015 at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel with Patricia Roberts officiating. Burial will take place in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Lucille Moore was born November 15, 1914 in Sioux City Iowa the daughter of Charles and Elsie (Asplund) Seloover. Lucille was a life time resident of Sioux City graduating from Sioux City Community Schools. Lucille was a house wife and helped with the Drive Inn and Trailer Park she and her husband owned in Sioux City. Lucille married Raymond Moore on May 7th 1933 in Elk Point South Dakota He preceded her in death December 27, 1999.
Mrs. Moore is survived by her two children son Rod Moore and his wife Connie of Dakota Dunes South Dakota, daughter Donna Walter and her husband C Burke of Omaha, Nebraska. One sister Dorothy Ford of Sioux City. Two Granddaughters Mitzi Benson and her husband Mike, Piper Perkins and her husband Doug, six great grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren.
Lucille was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sister, Eula Austin, grandchild Marty Walter, and great grandchild Dash Donnelly In lieu of flowers memorial may be directed to Hospice of Sioux land.
