Addyson Grace Montelongo infant daughter of William Montelongo and Kayla Franken passed away Thursday October 15, 2015 at a Sioux City hospital. Memorial services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday October 23, 2015 at Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
