Caroline N. Cooley

Caroline N. Cooley, 83 of Sioux City passed away Monday September 28, 2015 at a Sioux City hospital. Memorial services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday October 1, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sioux City. Visitation will be one hour prior to service time at the church Caroline N. Cooley was born December 20, 1931 in Sioux City Iowa the daughter of Byron and Nina (Berg) Spear. She graduated from Sioux City Leeds High School She married Frank Y. Cooley December 16, 1949 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sioux City. Mr. Cooley preceded her in death June 24, 2008 Caroline is survived by Three sons; Kurt Cooley and his wife Marsha of Sioux City, Kent Cooley Thornton Co. , Keith Cooley Sioux City. One Daughter Susan and her husband Bruce Belles of Westminister Co. Nine grandchildren and Six great-grandchildren. Two brothers; James Spear of Chicago, Byron (Ruth) Spears of Albert Lea MN. and three sisters Norma Gwinn of Seattle WA, Donna Turner of Sioux City, Margaret (Charles) Dagle of Ft. Dodge IA. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
