Jeanette Louise Biederman, 78, of South Sioux City Nebraska passed away Sunday March 22, 2015 at Mateney's nursing home in South Sioux. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday March 27, 2015 at St. Michael's Catholic Church in South Sioux City Nebraska. Visitation will be Thursday March 26, 2015 from 4 till 8 p.m. with the family present from 6 till 8 p.m. and vigil service at 7:00 p.m. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Burial will be in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery South Sioux City Nebraska. Jeanette L. Biederman was born December 7, 1936 in Sioux City, Iowa the daughter of Harvey and Fannie (Riley) Dawdy. Jeanette grew up and attended school in the Oto and Anthon, Iowa area. Jeanette married Robert W. Biederman on December 1, 1957 in Mapleton, Iowa on her parents anniversary, they celebrated 49 years of marriage. Robert preceded her in death on March 18, 2006 in South Sioux City, Nebraska. Jeanette and Bob lived in the Ida Grove area and South Sioux City, Nebraska She will be remembered by many for her smile, laugh and being a very social person. She loved playing cards with her friends at Regency for many years in South Sioux City she enjoyed attending and being involved with any activity offered there. Mrs. Biederman is survived by her six sons; Robert Biederman of Sioux City, Ronald Biederman of South Sioux City, Curtis Biederman, of Dakota City, Dennis Biederman and his wife Janice of South Sioux City, Douglas Biederman and his significant other Rose Scheibe of Sioux City and Kevin Biederman of Phoenix AZ. She is also survived by one sister-in-law Beverly Dawdy, nine grandchildren and three great granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bob) Biederman, parents Fannie and Harvey Dawdy and her five brothers; Larry Dawdy, Clayton Dawdy, Dick Dawdy, Jim Dawdy and Charles Dawdy
