Marcia T. Rustwick, 89 of Sioux City, passed away to her heavenly father, suddenly from injuries sustained in a fall, on Tuesday, February 3, 2015. A private family burial will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Graceland Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Marcia was born in 1925 to Neal and Nora Maskell of Maskell, Nebraska. She grew up and graduated from Maskell School in 1942 and attended Edwards Busines Institute in Sioux City. Marcia was employed at John Clay & Co, Kerren/Murray Brothers at Livestock Exchange, and Gates Rubber Co. of Sioux City. She married Stewart Rustwick on July 5, 1952. Marcia was a kind, loving, and gentle soul who loved being with her family, enjoying the outdoors, and gardening. She is now resting in her eternal home. Marcia was a member of First Lutheran Church of Sioux City and had been active in the WELCA. She was first elected president of the American Bassner Women's Association in 1951. Marcia is survived by he sons and their wives: Scott and Sandy Rustwick of Sioux City and Steve and Debbie Rustwick of Sabin, MN; 2 grandchildren; Chad Rustwick and his wife Michele and Crista Limoges and her husband Thomas; 4 great-grandchildren; Rylee and Hayden Rustwick, and Brooklyn and Logan Limoges, all of Sioux City. Marcia was preceded in death by her husband, parents, a brother and two sisters. Memorials may be sent to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation.
