Ramona J. Lee, 81, of Sioux City passed away on Friday, December 5, 2014 at a Sioux City Hospital. Funeral services will be at 1:00 Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Third Presbyterian Church with Rev. Cathie Bishop officiating. A 3:30 graveside will be on Thursday in the Crawford Heights Memory Gardens Cemetery in Denison, Iowa. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. with family present from 6-8 p.m. at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Ramona was born on May 8, 1933 in Westfield, Iowa to George L. and Violet Evelyn (McNaughton) Sturtevant. She graduated from Denison High School. She worked for Bush Dry Cleaners, Zenith and retired from Biltmore Restaurant. She was married to Ralph Lee on August 12, 1951 in Denison, Iowa. He preceded her in death in July of 1992. She enjoyed playing games, especially scrabble. She also enjoyed watching hot air balloons, going to church and family gatherings. In her younger years she enjoyed camping, traveling, gardening, boating, flowers and pictures. She was a member of Third Presbyterian Church and D.A.V. life member. She is survived by her daughter Irene Evelyn (Earl) Blackford of Sioux City; daughter in law Maureen Lee of Gayville, SD; son Dale Keith Lee and girlfriend Kay Moriston of Sioux City; daughter Margie Lee of Sioux Falls, SD; 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and a brother Dwayne (Martha) Sturtevant of Wahoo, NE. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son David, brother Leroy, and sister Barbara Boger.
