Kelly Jo Marshall, 54, of Salix, IA passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014 at her home. There will be a Memorial service on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Per her wishes, cremation will take place. Burial of her cremains will be at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel. Online condolences may be sent to www.meyerbroschapels.com Kelly Jo was born on October 20, 1960 to Robert W. and Alice (Flaa) Flanders. She was a West High School graduate. She married Don Marshall on February 1, 1991 in Sloan, IA. She was a talented musician and loved playing the keyboard, guitar and singing in the family band. She made her first appearance in the band at only 9 years old singing "How far is Heaven" in 1970. She also enjoyed her 15 years of service at Godfathers Pizza. She was an avid bowler and belonged to the Plazzettes Bowling League since1980. Kelly had a deep love for life and lived it to the fullest right up to her last day. She brightened every ones mood around her with her glowing smile and radiant personality. She is survived by her husband Don Marshall of Salix, IA; parents Robert and Alice Flanders of Sioux City; children Jessup Marshall of Sioux City; Stephanie (Ray) James of Spring Creek, NV; Steve (Kate) Keleher of Oakland, IA; A.J. Keleher of Sloan, IA; Holly Marshall of Orlando, FL; and Drew Marshall of Sioux City; 7 grandchildren that she cherished, Jesse, Jodi, Jaylyne, and Jesaray James; Steven, Savanna and Caeden Keleher; siblings Michael A. (Kimberly) Flanders of Sioux City; Terri Lynn (Matt) Moreau of Sioux City; Toni Ann (Wes) Lauer of South Sioux City, NE; Matt A. (Michelle) Flanders of Atlantic, IA; Martina M. (Florencio) Macias of Sioux City; James E. Flanders of Sioux Falls, SD; many nieces and nephews and her best friend Monica Lane of Sioux City. She was preceded in death by her brother William Robert Flanders and a nephew Jon Flanders.
